Minnie C. Mitchell

Minnie C. Mitchell, 81, wife of the late Dana E. Mitchell and companion of the late Norman Dick, passed away at her residence on Friday, November 26, 2021. She was born November 26, 1940, in Seville Township, PA to the late Lemuel C. and Ella Mae (Eckenberger) Peck.
Minnie enjoyed spending time at the Shermans Dale Community Center and singing at the “music jam”. She also enjoyed attending Perry County carnivals and most especially loved taking pictures of her family and friends.
She is survived by her children Danny E. Mitchell and Tammy M. Mitchell both of Indiana, Robby C. Mitchell of Dauphin, Albert L. Mitchell of Gardners, Margie D. Mitchell of Dauphin and Dusty C. Mitchell and his wife Lori of Harrisburg; grandchildren Destiny, Brittany, Daphanie, Bethany, Kaylee, Dahlea, Mason, Nathan, and Brian. Also survived by her great grandchildren Mariah and Lexus.
Minnie was preceded in death by her brothers Robert, William, Junior, Dean and Kenneth Peck and sisters Thelma Kerstetier, Patricia Reich, Dolores Boose and Sara Clousser.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013. Viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00PM until service time.
