Mary A. Teachout

Mary A. Teehan Teachout, age 75, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at her residence.
She was born on August 12, 1940 in San Diego, California to the late Sterling V. Teehan and Maria De Los Angeles Domingez Hernandez and was the widow of the late Philetus "Fleet" Teachout.
Mary spent most of her career as a secretary and librarian in the public school system. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother. She was an artist and loved to work with pastels.
Mary is survived by her children, Vincent E. (and wife Laurenne) Teachout of Stephenstown,
NY, Robert S. (and wife Cathy) Teachout of Washington, DC, Debborah J. Grisham of Boulder,
CO and Patrick A. (and wife Norma) Teachout of Goldsboro, NC; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Ann Wright and a brother, Sterling V. Teehan, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, Mary asks that memorial contributions be made to a Charity of One's Choice.
