Lynda K. Blackway

Lynda K. Blackway, age 65, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at her residence.
She was born June 18, 1952 in Carlisle to Edith (Barrick) Morrison of Carlisle and the late Robert Morrison.
Lynda dedicated her life to helping others. She retired as the Director of Development from Disability Rights PA of Harrisburg.
She is survived by her son, Jared R. Blackway of Stafford, VA; two brothers, Rick Morrison of Carlisle and Tom (wife Noni) Morrison of Rock Hill, SC; and her significant other, Ron Killian of Carlisle.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 3, 2017 at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Michael R. Poe officiating. There will be a viewing at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to PA Wounded Warriors, Inc., 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
