Lois Chandler

Lois Chandler, age 95, of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Forest Park Health Care Center and Rehab, Carlisle.
She was born February 17, 1921 in Elkhart, IN to the late William B. and Mae Alleman Chandler.
Lois was a graduate of Taylor University, Upland, IN and earned her RN degree from Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. She also attended Nyack College in Nyack, NY. She was a missionary nurse for 37 years at the Dalat School in Vietnam and later in Malaysia. Lois was a former member of the Brooklyn Alliance Church in Cleveland, OH and was a charter member of the Henry Chapel at Chapel Pointe.
Lois is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers.
There will be a Memorial service at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Henry Chapel at Chapel Pointe, 770 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, PA.
