Lionel W. Boutin, Jr.

Lionel W. Boutin, Jr., 78, of Mechanicsburg, PA passed away at home on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
Though Lionel most recently resided in Pennsylvania, over his life he lived all across the United States, positively effecting lives wherever he went. His work ethic, loyalty and deep love for family and friends will live on for generations. He heroically fought cancer for over a decade participating in experimental trials to increase the odds of survival for those yet to fight that battle.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years Susan A. (Groesbeck) Boutin, sister Wendy, children Elmer, Robert, Lynn, Jill, and David. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Lionel was preceded in death by his son Lionel W. Boutin, III.
In leu of flowers, Lionel asked that donations be made the American Cancer Society.
A memorial will take place at St. Katharine Drexel on Monday, December 20th at 1pm ET.
