Linda Jo Ness

Linda Jo Ness, 55, of Carlisle, died Sunday, November 18, 2012.
Born December 3, 1957 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of Rhea Rhoades Peiffer, of Boiling Springs and the late Neil Peiffer.
She was employed as a clerk for Hess Station, Silver Spring Township. She loved to play X Box, crocheting, and collecting pigs.
Surviving in addition to her mother are three sons, Brian Peiffer (and wife, Susan) of Carlisle, Jared Allen Ness of Carlisle and Jeremy Michael Ness of York; six grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Nathan, Halie, Hannah, and Caitlyn; two sisters, Deborah Shipley of Boiling Springs and Diane Martin of Gardners; and three nephews, Trinity, Brandon, and Lance.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Rev. Mira Hewlitt officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
At the family’s request, contributions may be made to the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home and Crematory, 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
