Kenneth Jacob Zygmunt

Kenneth Jacob Zygmunt, better known as “Jakeâ€Â died Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the age of 44.
Jake was born in Chambersburg, PA, raised in Carlisle, Pa and was a resident of York, PA. He is survived by a daughter, mother, father, two sisters and a brother. Jake is also survived by grandparents, aunts and uncles and many cousins.
All of Jake’s family would like to thank all the people who have helped and supported Jake throughout the years.
