June M. Kessler

June M. Kessler, age 64, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 2, 1952 in Hanover to the late William W. and Grace C. (Souders) Wilson.
June enjoyed camping, especially at the Ferryboat Campsite in Liverpool, traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC and enjoyed taking cruises. Her travels included Bermuda, Haiti, Cozumel, Mexico and Jamaica. She also enjoyed crocheting and making crafts.
She is survived by: her husband, John "Jake" Kessler, with whom she celebrated 35 years of marriage on January 8, 2017 of Carlisle; brothers, Raymond Lee "Buzz" (and wife Judy) Wilson, Sr. of Plainfield and Alan W. (and wife Vicki) Wilson of Carlisle; and sister-in-law, Vickie Reisinger of Mechanicsburg. In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda M. Murdoch and a brother, Merle W. Wilson.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Chaplain Roger W. Smith officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the services.
