Julia enjoyed gardening all of her life and her flower gardens in Plymouth provided her with much joy. She believed that hard work, saving nickels and believing in God would provide a better life. Julia crocheted, sewed and knitted everything from pot holders to men’s suits, she worked tirelessly as a beautician most of her life. As age diminished Julia’s senses, she turned to saying the Lord’s Rosary many times each day, reaching out for God to restore her sight so as to better live her life. Her life on Earth ended surrounded by the good friends and providers at the Church of God home who cared for her lovingly.
Surviving are her daughter, Julie Elias, Carlisle, her grandson, Damien Elias and his wife Sondra Wolfe, Carlisle and two great-grandchildren, Alexa and Daniel Elias.
