Jean M. Walters

Jean M. Walters, age 81, of Carlisle, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at her residence.
She was born April 20, 1935 in Carnegie, Pa to the late Thomas M. and Josephine E. (Thomas) Walton.
Jean is survived by her husband of 59 years, David L Walters of Carlisle; children, David L. Walters, Jr. (and wife Cathy) and Carol (and husband Steve) Torrao of Carlisle; sisters, Audrey Teyssier of Carnegie and Bonnie Benedict of FL; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at the family residence, 308 Craig Lane, Carlisle, PA at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the animal rescue of your choice.
