James J. Kuykendall, Jr.

James J. Kuykendall, Jr., 54, of Carlisle, died Sunday, November 16, 2014 at M. S. Hershey Medical Center.
Born September 4, 1960 in Carlisle, he was a son of the late James J., Sr. and Eva Arlene Rhoades Kuykendall.
He proudly served his country in the USMC. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors.
Surviving are a son, James J. Kuykendall III of Martinsburg; a daughter, Brandi Todd (Steven) of New Bloomfield; a sister, Mary Wagner (Conrad) of Carlisle; three brothers: Larry "Buck" of Carlisle, Garry Kuykendall (Connie) of Carlisle, and Dale Kuykendall (Teresa Conrad, companion) of Florida; three grandchildren: Dakota Garner, Chase and Carter Kuykendall; and two stepchildren, Anthony Heffner and Jessica Boyles.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 21, 2014 at USAWC Memorial Chapel, Carlisle Barracks with Rev. Timothy D. Wheeler officiating with Cumberland County Honor Guard providing full military honors.
At the family's request, contributions may be made to the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
