Helen Mae Bowers

Helen Mae Bowers, age 92 of Mechanicsburg passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020.
She was born on May 21, 1928 in Shermansdale to the late Earl E. and Harriet R. (Thomas) Shenk and was the widow of Vinal E. Bowers.
Helen is survived by her daughter in law, Janice S. Shenk, and her granddaughter, Renee M. Perry. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Dale.
A service celebrating Helen’s life will be private and held at the convenience of the family at the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013. Burial will be at Westminster Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00am on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the funeral home. As mandated by Governor Wolfe maximum capacity during gatherings is restricted and you may be asked to wait at the door when you arrive until the numbers allow for your entrance.
