Helen M. Burkholder

Helen M. Burkholder, 92, of Carlisle, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Thornwald Home, Carlisle.
Born August 23, 1921 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Dominic A. & Mary Vero Minchella and the widow of Robert W. Burkholder.
Surviving are one son, Robert J. Burkholder (and wife, Vicky) of Lititz; one sister, Flora Wolf of Carlisle; two nieces, Shirley Morrison (and husband, Keith) of Shermans Dale and Darlene Metzgar (and husband, Skip) of Shermans Dale; four grandchildren, Jeffrey, Megan, Matthew, and Philip; and two great-grandchildren, Dante and Zoe.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 4, 2013 at St. Patrick Catholic Shrine Church, 140 East Pomfret Street, Carlisle with Rev. Dwight Schlaline as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery, McClures Gap Road, Carlisle. A viewing will be held from 9:30 – 10: 30 a.m., Monday, November 4, 2013 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle.
