Harris Charles Gutshall

Harris Charles Gutshall, 56 of Carlisle, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at his home.
Born May 11, 1956 in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and C. Pauline Leidigh Gutshall.
He has been in the family John Deere Business, currently Smiths Implement, Inc., since the age of 12. He attended the Brethren In Christ Church, Carlisle where he was an assistant leader of the skate park. Harris was a member of Black Springs Gun Club, Belleville, Middlesex Sportsman Club, Lycoming County and several fraternal service clubs in Carlisle. He was an assistant scout leader of Troop #182. Harris was also an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Anita K. Gutshall of Carlisle; three daughters, Rhianna K. Gutshall of Lakeland, FL, Shanna L. Gutshall of Carlisle and Erica N. Gutshall of Newville; one son, Nathaniel H. C. Gutshall of Carlisle; one step-son, Matthew A. Flenner of Carlisle; one grandson, Kody D. Hill; four step-grandchildren; two sisters, Lynda L. Bear (and husband, Jim) of Mt. Pleasant, MI and F. Elise Gutshall of Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Brethren In Christ Church, 1155 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle with Rev. Linda Lambert and Pastor Dean Ramsey co-officiating.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
