Harold E. Kauffman

Harold E. Kauffman, 76, of Duncannon, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.
Born October 26, 1935 in Fayetteville, he was a son of the late Easton and Alma Stockslager Kauffman.
He retired as a driver from ABF Freight Systems, Carlisle. Harold was a John Deere enthusiast, who loved to restore his tractors. He was a US Air Force veteran. He was an active church member his whole life.
Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Janet L. Kauffman of Duncannon; one son, Keith Kauffman (and Gwyn LaCombe) of Green Park; two daughters, Vinita Kanagy (and husband, Roy) of Carlisle and Tina Stahl (and husband, Paul) of Shermans Dale; one brother, Glenn Kauffman (and wife, Shirley) of Carlisle; two sisters, Doris Garman of Carlisle and Donna Hurley (and husband, Ray) of Blosserville; and three grandchildren, Olivia Ann Kauffman, Matthew Shane Stahl, and Jared Royce Kanagy. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Kauffman.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 20, 2012 at Westminster Cemetery, 1159 Newville Road, Carlisle with Rev. Matthew Zang officiating.
