Grace B. Merisotis

Grace B. Merisotis, age 79, of Carlisle, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at her son's residence
She was born November 20, 1936 in Perry County to the late Austin and Clara Baker and was the widow of the late George Merisotis who passed February 13, 1997.
Grace was a graduate of Carlisle High School and was a business owner and partner with her son, Pete, at George's Sub Shop in Carlisle. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Carlisle. Grace was always happy when spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by two sons, Ernest G. "Ernie": Merisotis of Dallastown, PA and Peter J. (and wife Billie Jo) Merisotis of Carlisle; a daughter, Diane M. Merisotis of Boston, MA; and five grandchildren, Zachary, Zoe, Zhara, Mandy Merisotis and Sadie Nevius.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Grace Baptist Church, 777 W. North St., Carlisle, PA with her pastor, Rev. David Campbell officiating. Interment will be at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. There will be a visitation at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
