Evelyn M. Milligan

Evelyn M. Milligan, age 91, of Carlisle, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016.
She was born October 19, 1924 to the late Leon and Mabel (Deacon) Braddock and was the widow of William T. Milligan Sr.
Evelyn is survived by three daughters, Linda (and husband Charles) Chur of Monticello, MN, Joyce Milligan of Sicklerville, NJ and Janet Avallone of Carlisle; a sister, Leona Harker of Turnersville, NJ; daughter-in-law, Sharon Milligan; eleven grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Evelyn was preceded in death by a son, William T. Milligan, Jr. and son-in-law, Joseph Avallone.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
