Evelyn M. Melisauskas

Evelyn M. Melisauskas, age 88, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Church of God Home, Carlisle.
She was born June 1, 1928 in Landisburg to the late Daniel C. and Mabel A. (Morrison) George and was the widow of Edmund Anthony Melisauskas.
Evelyn is survived by: her sons, Edmund A. (and wife Veronica) Melisauskas, Jr. of Bluffton, SC and Dennis G. Melisauskas of Carlisle; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Evelyn was preceded in death by three sisters, Dolly, Rena and Alma and one brother, Wilbur.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery, McClure's Gap Road, Carlisle with Rev. Gregory J. D'Emma officiating. There will be a viewing from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with a Prayer Service being held at 7:30 p.m.
