Evelyn E. Davidson Morrell

Evelyn E. Davidson Morrell, age 90, of Greensburg, PA passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Redstone Highlands Communities, Greensburg surrounded by her loving and caring family.
She was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 12, 1925 to the late William and Mae Evelyn Gaw Davidson and was the widow of the late Kenneth S. Morrell who passed October 20, 2011. They had been married for over 60 years.
Evelyn was a graduate of Olney High School in Philadelphia. She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church in Carlisle where she was a Deacon and Head of the Women's Association. Evelyn was devoted to her family and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynne A. (Thomas) Ticherich; her son, Kenneth (Susy) Morrell; eight grandchildren, Kristina (Mike) Eckart, Lori (Jon Graham) Ticherich, Lisa (Chris) Dunkerley, Thomas (Kayla) Ticherich, Mitchell (Suzanne Bellot) Morrell, William (Jenna) Morrell, Matthew Morrell and Jonathan Morrell; and great-grandchildren, Logan, Michael, Avery, Haley and Nick.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Evelyn's life will be held at First Presbyterian Church, Carlisle at a later date.
