Elsie A. Noroski

Elsie A. Noroski, age 91, of Carlisle, PA and formerly of Munhall, PA, passed peacefully on Monday, August 10, 2020 at the Forest Park Healthcare Center, Carlisle, PA.
She was born on January 8, 1929 in Duquesne Place, Allegheny County, PA to the late Michael and Susan Torma Andrison and was the widow of Harry Hartman and Anthony R. Noroski.
She was formerly employed by the Common Plea Restaurant and Catering for many years, well into her 80’s. Elsie’s strength and compassion guided her family and friends through difficult times. We will miss Elsie’s dry humor, complete honesty and her beautiful smile.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan M. Flickinger (Woodrow), Carlisle, PA, son, Anthony R. Noroski, II (Kathy) of West Mifflin, step-daughter, Barbara Zvoch of Charlotte, NC, son in law, Greg Stone of San Diego, CA. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene D. Stone, a step-son, Richard Noroski, her son-in-law Richard Zvoch and a grandson, Anthony R. Noroski, III.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, 1 St. Therese Court, Munhall, PA. Celebrant will be the Rev. Father Nicholas Mastrangelo. Burial will follow the mass at St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery in Munhall, PA.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Rd. Carlisle, PA 17013.
