Edward J. Sylvia

Edward J. Sylvia age 98, of Carlisle, PA passed away February 27, 2022 at his home in Carlisle, PA. Edward and his wife Thelma are formerly of 65 Taunton Street in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Edward and Thelma shared 75 years together. Edward will be remembered by his family for his hobby of building and flying radio-controlled model airplanes. He also enjoyed fresh water and ice fishing. His love of building things helped him to build the home he and Thelma lived in Lakeville, Massachusetts.

He served our country honorably as a World War II veteran in the US Marine Corps serving as a gunner on a B-25 Mitchell in the Solomon Islands.
