Edna M. Bistline

Edna M. Bistline, age 81, of Carlisle, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
She was born September 6, 1935 in Franklintown, PA to the late Russel and Laura (Nell) Heiges and was the widow of G. Robert Bistline.
Edna is survived by a daughter, Lynda Bistline Mann of Carlisle; a son, Gerald R. Bistline, II of Richmond, VA; two grandchildren, Derek W. (and wife Camille) Fenton and Janelle Lemin; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Heiges Welker and Ruth Heiges Goodhart: a brother, Lloyd Heiges; and son-in-law, Keith H. Mann.
In accordance with Edna's wishes, there will not be any visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 2A N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 or to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033.
