Dixie Irene Holloway

Dixie Irene Holloway, age 69, of Carlisle passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015 at her home.
She was born on March 1, 1946 in Perry County to the late Paul and Ann Rebecca Hampton Wagner.
Dixie worked for 25 years at the State Liquor Control Board and also worked for Reeves Hoffman Crystal Manufacturing. She loved her grandchildren, spending time with them, especially going fishing with them.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Raymond Gene Holloway, Sr. of Carlisle; her children, Rhonda (and husband Andy) Davis of Camp Hill, Raymond Holloway, Jr. of Mechanicsburg, Thomas (and wife Michele) Holloway of Mechanicsburg, and Shari (and husband Pablo) Leon of Carlisle; six grandchildren, Michael Holloway, Andrew Holloway, Scarlett Holloway, Connor Holloway and Abby Holloway, all of Mechanicsburg and Harry Hibner of Carlisle; a great-granddaughter, Andrea; brothers, Robert Hampton of Plainfield and George Wagner of Gardners; and sisters, Bonnie Nesbit of Mechanicsburg, Dawn Wickard of Carlisle and Judy Jones of Carlisle. She was preceded in death by a sister, Paula Wagner.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle. Interment will also be held privately.
