Chris M. Girard

Chris M. Girard, 51, of Carlisle, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 8, 2015 in New Jersey.
He was born on August 30, 1963 in Mechanicsburg to the late Allen and Nancy Lutz Girard.
Chris was a graduate of Mechanicsburg High School, Class of 1982. He worked as a truck driver for Roadway Trucking Co. His passion for life was his loving family and he loved his motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons. Chris belonged to the River of God Church in Enola.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah L. Brunner Girard of Carlisle; two daughters, Shannon M. (and husband Daniel) Harlow and Christina M. Girard, both of Carlisle; a son, Joshua A. (and Haley Moore) Stum of New Kingstown; two grandchildren, Nevaeh Girard and Aiden Stum; and two sisters, Tammy Albert and Victoria Connolly. He was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Girard.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at River of God Church, 747 Wertzville Road, Enola, PA with Rev. Tim Halbfoerster officiating. Interment will be at Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle. There will be a viewing at the church on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the services.
