Brenda Delores Johnson

Brenda Delores Johnson, 74, of Carlisle, transitioned into Eternal rest with her children and loved ones by her side, Saturday, February 21, 2015 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
Born in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Lydia Blanche Moore Finley.
Brenda was a graduate of John Harris High School. She retired from Sprint, Carlisle. She was a member of the AME Zion West Street Church, a member of American Legion Post 826 Ladies Auxiliary, past member of Laurel Temple 519 of Chambersburg and Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 4.
Surviving are two sons, Kevin A. Johnson, Carlisle and Keith L. Johnson and his wife Nina, Hampton VA; a daughter, Karen L. Spencer and her husband Ronnie, Hampton, VA; a sister, Rozanne René, Las Vegas; seven grandchildren, her oldest grandchild, Aaron A. Johnson, Lamar W. Spencer, Derek L. Johnson, Lavonna L. Spencer, Derell L. Johnson, Dominque L. Johnson and Janae L. Ely; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles, Barry, Jerome (Muggs) and Robert Augustus Finley and two sisters, Shirley Wilson and Lillian Manning.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home and Crematory, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Wilma Finley officiating.
