Andrew (Andy) Taylor Towne

Andrew (Andy) Taylor Towne, 29, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2011.
He was born July 18, 1981 in Scottsdale Arizona to John and Amy (Bragalone) Towne. He graduated from Carlisle High School in 2000 and Wingate University in North Carolina in 2005, where he played football and received a Merit scholarship.
He worked for Carlisle SynTec, and loved both the job and the people. He was looking forward to starting apprentice classes through his company. He was upbeat, generous and caring. With his great sense of humor and a wonderful smile he was loved by many friends and was the life of the party everywhere he went.
He was a member of the Carlisle Elks Lodge #578, a newfound hunter, and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his parents, John W. and Amy J. Towne of Carlisle; grandparents Italo and Marilyn Bragalone and Beverly Towne; siblings Jessica (Towne) Saunier and Brother-in-law Jeremy Saunier, along with his beloved nephew Cameron Saunier; aunts Susan (Bragalone) Storch, Cristina Bragalone, Annette Bragalone, Diedra Bragalone, Martha (Towne) Hall, Cathy (Towne) Allen, Shelly Towne; uncles Michael Bragalone, Andrew Bragalone, John Hall, David Allen and Doug Towne. As well as numerous cousins.
He is also survived by his girlfriend, Chrisa Zarkadas, and his boxer dog, Cooper.
He is preceded in death by grandparent Wesley Towne and uncle Robert Storch.
Services will be held Saturday March, 12th 2011 at 1 p.m. at Carlisle Brethren in Christ Church, 1155 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
