Alfred L. Meck

Alfred L. Meck, 82, of Carlisle, died Monday, June 16, 2014 at his home.
Born September 1, 1931 in Millersburg, he was a son of the late Robert and Mabel Straw Meck.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-four years, Joyce Snyder Meck of Carlisle; one daughter, Angie Meck of Carlisle; one sister, Joanne Kessler of Damascus, MD; two brothers, Ronald Meck (and wife, Mary) and Larry Meck (and wife, Debbie) both of Millersburg; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pam Meck.
Graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, 1921 Ritner Highway, Carlisle with Rev. Chuck Kish officiating.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
